Ronaldo Who? United Pay £28m for Bulgaria's Berbatov

Manchester United agreed to pay Tottenham Hotspurs a club-record 28 million pounds for Dimitar Berbatov.

The Daily Mail reported that Sir Alex made his move for the Bulgarian striker over the weekend, after an initial bid of 20 million pounds was rejected.

Apparently Old Trafford brought at 25 million pound "fish or cut bait" offer to the table...however, the two clubs have now come to an agreement after Hotspurs chairman Daniel Levy insisted the champions pay closer to £30m.

Does this mean that Manchester United have found Cristiano Ronaldo's replacement?
